Solid-Phase Extraction (SPE) is a widely used and highly popular sample pretreatment technique. It involves using solid adsorbents to adsorb target compounds from liquid samples, separating them from the sample matrix and interfering compounds, and then eluting or thermally desorbing them with an eluent to achieve the separation and enrichment of target compounds. It has evolved from traditional liquid-liquid extraction based on the principle of "like dissolves like" and incorporates fundamental knowledge of widely used liquid chromatography and gas chromatography stationary phases.

1. Prevents cross-contamination with an anti-fogging vacuum chamber design; simple and fast operation.

2. No phase separation operation required; easy collection of analytes and suitable for processing small-volume samples.

3. The glass vacuum chamber is formed using glass molds, ensuring uniform wall thickness, allowing it to withstand high negative pressures exceeding -80 kPa.

4. The extraction column tray and collection rack are made of special polymer materials, offering an aesthetic appearance, corrosion resistance, and suitability for long-term use under high-pressure conditions.

5. The vacuum device cover is made of imported polymer material, resistant to strong acids and alkalis.

6. The pressure regulating valve is made of imported polymer material, ensuring durability, corrosion resistance, and tolerance to high and low temperatures.

7. This product features a 12-position and 24-position design, making it more compact and practical.

8. The product comes standard with a column adapter conversion connector. When rinsing and activating the solid-phase extraction columns, the adapter can be used with sampling tubes for direct rinsing and activation, making the process more convenient.
